- When we have your permission
- To Service Providers
- To Moderators
- To respond to a legal request
Assemble does not sell personal information to third parties.

Your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed globally where our severs reside. By using our services, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred to these facilities and those third parties with whom we share it with as described in this Privacy Policy.

We retains your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose(s) for which it was collected.

We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time. If there are any material changes to this Privacy Policy, Assemble will notify you through your App account or by posting a notice within Assemble. Unfortunately no website or Internet transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure and even we cannot guarantee that unauthorised access, hacking, data loss or other breaches will never occur. We do not accept liability for unintentional disclosure.

Terms and conditions

This Terms and Conditions is between you and Assemble. By using the services we provide, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. You may choose not to use our services otherwise.

1) Agreement

In order to use our services, you must 1) be at least 18 years old, 2) be legally permitted to use the App by the laws of your home country, 3) only create an Account for yourself and must be truthful in what you put in it, 4) responsible for any content you submit to through our App and 5) agree to resolve any dispute between you and us through binding, individual arbitration, rather than in court. We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account, or make use of any operational, technological, legal or other means available to enforce the Terms at any time without liability and without the need to give you prior notice for any reason we deem as justifiable for the termination or suspension of your account. If your account is terminated or suspended, you agree you will not receive a refund for any paid service or features you have already been charged for.

2) Content Restriction

You agree not to submit content that
1) Contains language or imagery which could be deemed offensive or is likely to harass, upset or embarrass any other person
2) Is obscene, pornographic, violent or otherwise may offend human dignity
3) Encourages any illegal activity
4) Is defamatory
5) Contains any type of unauthorized advertising or commercial communications
6) Impersonates any other person
7) Is designed to impair proper services that we provide

3) Content Ownership

By submitting any user content, you represent and warrant that you have all the appropriate rights and permission do to so. You may delete your content via the functionality of the services. However, you understand that removed content may persist in backup copies for a reasonable period of time.

4) Risks and Precautions

You assume all risk when using the services, including but not limited to all of the risks associated with any online or offline interactions with others. We are not responsible for the conduct of our users. You are under no obligation to use the services, communicate with any user, or to match with or meet anyone from the services.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ASSEMBLE EXPLICITLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, QUIET ENJOYMENT AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING OUT OF COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE. We make no warranty regarding the quality, accuracy, timeliness, truthfulness, completeness or reliability of any content. We make no warranty that the Services will meet your requirements or be available on an uninterrupted, secure, or error-free basis.

6) Limitation of Liability

ASSEMBLE OR ANY OTHER PARTY INVOLVED IN CREATING, PRODUCING, OR DELIVERING THE SERVICES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OR DAMAGES FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUES, LOST SAVINGS, LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY, LOSS OF DATA OR GOODWILL, SERVICE INTERRUPTION, COMPUTER DAMAGE OR SYSTEM FAILURE OR THE COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES OF ANY KIND ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), PRODUCT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT ASSEMBLE OR ANY OTHER PARTY HAS BEEN INFORMED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, EVEN IF A LIMITED REMEDY SET FORTH HEREIN IS FOUND TO HAVE FAILED OF ITS ESSENTIAL PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL ASSEMBLE’S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS AGREEMENT OR FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO ASSEMBLE FOR USE OF THE SERVICES OR FIFTY DOLLARS ($50), IF YOU HAVE NOT HAD ANY PAYMENT OBLIGATIONS TO ASSEMBLE, AS APPLICABLE.

7) Indemnity

You are responsible for all the actions you make and information you post on Assemble. Thus, you agree to indemnify and hold us and our partners, licensors, affiliates, contractors, officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents, harmless from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees), arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services, your user content, or your violation of this Agreement.

8) Termination of Account

We may terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. You may delete your Account, deactivate your membership, or put your Account on hold at any time by sending an email to us at chalkboystudios@gmail.com

9) Changes to this Terms and Services

If there are any changes to this Privacy Policy we deem as important, we will notify you through your App account or by posting a notice within Assemble.
